Sales Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our showroom team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Your goal will be to drive sales, meet targets, and contribute to the overall success of our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Assist customers in product selection by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
• Provide detailed product information, specifications, and features to customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain how products work, emphasizing their benefits and value.
• Offer advice and guidance on color schemes, design options, and product combinations.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring that products are well-presented and fully stocked.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling payments and issuing receipts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotional activities to drive showroom traffic.
• Assist in setting up and organizing showroom displays and promotional events.
• Provide feedback and insights to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
• Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, team player, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
