- Service Assurance: Homework Nepal guarantees reliable domestic helper services and ensures the worker’s performance throughout the contract period.
- Worker Replacement: In case the assigned worker is unable to continue permanently, Homework Nepal will provide a replacement worker.
- Security Responsibility: Homework Nepal takes full accountability for ensuring the security of its clients by facilitating direct communication with the worker. In the event of any potential security issues, such as theft, Homework Nepal will take appropriate action to address the matter and ensure the worker is held accountable.
- Substitute Workers: If the regular worker becomes sick or is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Homework Nepal may provide a substitute worker with the client’s agreement.
- Leave Entitlements: Workers are entitled to the following leaves:
- Dashain: 5 days
- Tihar: 3 days
- Teej: 1 day (for Hindu female workers)
- Christmas: 1 day (for Christian female workers)
- Weekly Leave: Every Saturday
- Behavior and Conduct:
- Homework Nepal enforces respectful treatment of workers and does not tolerate inhumane behavior, domestic violence, or false accusations.
- Workers are required to perform their duties with good conduct and honesty.
- Emergency Support: In case of emergencies, workers may provide additional support as needed by the client.
- Leave Authorization: Any leave personally granted by the client will be considered as leave authorized by the client.
- Contract Termination: If the client decides to terminate the service before the contract’s completion, the agreement will be nullified.
- Payment Handling: The first month’s salary is to be deposited into Homework Nepal’s account, with part of it allocated to the Client Security Fund.
- Additional Support: Homework Nepal will provide alternative workers for worker absences if the client deems it necessary.
